This was the first time that I have used this company and the response that I received from the person that I sent the basket to was extremely favorable.

This merchants service is fantastic. Immediately after the order, Customer Service emailed me to say they were out of the teapots with roses and suggested 2 other teapots. They enclosed an extra box of tea with each of the two teapots I ordered for the inconvenience. The package arrived within the week. The two teapots were beautifully gift wrapped, elegant and very well made. The recipient of one of the teapots as a gift was reminded of a teapot she saw in a museum, the Hermitage in Moscow. I definitely would buy from this merchant again. They went out of their way to make me happy with the purchase.

Fabulous Company! Customer service is awesome. I ordered the Movie Night monthly club so I receive a shipment of candy and popcorn every month. Great club to join if youre a movie buff! Also, I placed one previous order for a new years eve party (on short notice) when I needed a large amount of chocolate oscars for my goodie bags. They got the order to me on time and nicely packed-not one broken chocolate oscar (and I ordered about 125 of them)! You cant go wrong with The Obsession Box Company!

I had bridal shower the next week and I needed the items asap,I call everywhere they would have not made it in the time I needed them but the obsession box had it to me the same week I order it,3 days later and everything was intact.Its great and fast.will do business with them again.

This was purchased as a get well gift for a co-worker. She loves teas and loved this tea gift box.

I gave them an incorrect address and they we right on top of it. They phoned and I was able to correct the address for a quick delivery of the package. My niece was so delighted with her gift! It was an easy, personal, warm way to send a get well wish.
